Robert Koeneman has extensive experience in software engineering, system design, implementation and management.

Koeneman is the inventor, primary investigator, and manager of Joi technology development.  The Joi system is the outcome of Koeneman’s lifetime of experience in electronics including development of radar and weapons systems for the aerospace and naval militaries.

Al Wenstrand is vice president and secretary treasurer at Joi Scientific.  Since 2010, Wenstrand has been active in the Joi laboratories where he has assisted in the development of the technology and coordinated laboratory activities and demonstrations.

He has extensive experience in for-profit, not-for-profit, government, and education sectors. Wenstrand’s background ranges from creating start-ups to the executive management of government and not-for-profit entities as well as board of director experience for financial organizations.

Sindre is a quantum physics expert who previously served as CEO/President of Nornec AS, where he provided consulting and R&D services in the areas of advanced nuclear reactor simulations, process and plant optimization, carbon capture optimization, materials selection and radiation effects, custom reactor design, muon and neutron detector systems, muon-and catalyzed fusion and Hydrogen Rydberg Matter research.

An applied physicist with end‑to‑end expertise in energy‑carrier gases and as a radiation instrumentation specialist, Sindre has authored studies on hydrogen technologies and tidal‑energy systems.

Glenn came to Joi Scientific with a proven history of retail, service, and manufacturing expertise.  Most recently, Glenn was the general manager for Elastec, Inc, a manufacturer of an extensive range of environmental products including oil skimmers, containment booms, incinerators, vacuum systems, pumps, power packs and work boats.
